Drug smuggler lodges 72 bags of coke in his belly – amazing 3D image of his insides

This drug smuggler was fit to burst – literally – with 72 bags of cocaine lodged in his stomach and intestines.

Graphic 3D images were taken of his insides after he was arrested trying to board a flight from Sao Paulo in Brazil to Brussels.
